Who can become a partner, and what we ask of every account.
Who can join
Individuals — spiritual teachers, scholars, yoga and wellness experts, writers and creators — and organisations such as temples, ashrams, trusts and media publishers. Choose Individual or Organisation when you create your account.
1Eligibility
You must provide accurate account information (name, email) to sign up. One Partner account per individual.
2Content Ownership & License
You retain ownership of everything you write and upload. By submitting content, you grant SARGANDHA a non-exclusive, worldwide license to publish, display, and distribute it on the platform and associated channels, including our official YouTube channel for any video you attach.
3Account Responsibility
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
4Termination
We may suspend or terminate any Partner account that repeatedly violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or misuses the platform.

What we publish, how review works, and what isn't allowed.
1Content Guidelines
Content must be original, respectful, and relevant to SARGANDHA's spiritual, cultural, and lifestyle focus. Do not submit content that infringes on third-party copyrights, defames any individual or group, or violates applicable law.
2Editorial Review
All submissions are reviewed before publishing. We may approve, reject, or request changes for content that does not meet our guidelines — including plagiarism, factual inaccuracy, hate speech, misinformation, or content disrespectful of any religious tradition.
3Video & Audio Uploads
If you attach a video, it is automatically uploaded to the SARGANDHA YouTube channel. You may attach either a video or an audio file per submission, not both. You confirm you own the rights to, or have permission to publish, any video or audio you upload.
4Editing & Removal
We may edit submissions for formatting or clarity, and may remove or unpublish content at any time if it is found to violate these terms, even after approval.
5Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of your Partner account after changes means you accept the revised terms.

Monetization Options
Ways approved partners can earn from their content on Sargandha.
Revenue ShareEarn a share of the revenue your content generates — your rate is set in your partner agreement and shown in the Partner Hub.
PayoutsTrack earnings and request payouts from Monetization & Earnings once you reach the payout threshold.
Ad CampaignsPromote your content to a wider audience through the platform's Ad Manager.
Followers & ReachReaders can follow you, so every new post reaches an audience that already trusts you.
1Payouts & Earnings
Eligible partners may participate in the platform's payout program, calculated per the rate shown in your Partner Dashboard. Payout eligibility, rates, and schedules are set at SARGANDHA's discretion and may change.
2Ad Campaigns
Partners may optionally run ad campaigns through the platform's Ad Manager, subject to separate ad policies and pricing shown at time of purchase.

1How long does editorial review take?
Most submissions are reviewed quickly, though it can vary depending on volume. You'll see the status (Pending, Approved, or Rejected) right on your dashboard.
2Can I attach both a video and audio to one article?
No — each submission can include either one video or one audio file, not both.
3What happens to my video after I attach it?
It's automatically uploaded to SARGANDHA's YouTube channel in the background and embedded on your article once ready — no need to upload it anywhere yourself.
4Can I edit my article after submitting it?
Yes, you can edit your submission from your Partner Dashboard. Edits to a live article may go through review again depending on what changed.
5Do I get paid for my content?
Eligible partners can request payouts based on the rate set on their account — check the Earnings section of your Partner Dashboard for details.
6What content is not allowed?
Plagiarised or copied content, misinformation, hate speech, and anything disrespectful of a religious tradition. See the Terms & Conditions above for the full list.
